About the role
- Evaluate and analyze external content sources for relevance, quality, structure, and usability
- Perform data quality assessments and help design data profiling frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and content specialists to onboard new content sources
- Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to share findings and support decisions
- Improve existing content through structured analysis and feedback loops
- Translate technical findings into business-friendly presentations for non-technical stakeholders
- Support automation efforts for content transformation and integration
- Participate in continuous improvement of content ingestion processes and validation workflows
- Ensure compliance with data usage policies and content governance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Data Analyst, or similar data-focused role
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Athena)
- Strong with Excel, SQL skills, preferably PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with data quality metrics and frameworks
- Metadata analysis and taxonomy/ontology understanding
- Experience with data modeling and structured/unstructured data
- Strong data wrangling and exploration experience
- Experience with Databricks, or similar data platforms (it's great if you have)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Exposure to API integration and working with JSON/XML data
