About the role
- Assists the acquisition of Intellectual Property Data from external sources through various modes and prepares this information for input into product databases
- Validates information pertaining to Intellectual Property Data set and makes amendments as applicable
- Keeps track of similar errors for elimination through automation
- Proofreads data editing to ensure accuracy of data entry
- Shares recommendations to management on opportunities to improve data quality or processes
- Identifies inclusion of new information in the data set
- Shares it with concerned team for workflow amendment
- Delivers high quality data within specified timelines
- Actively participates in workflow management and quality controls
- Assists in resolving routine data entry or system problems
- Actively participates in the audit of database integrity and suggests ideas to improvement
- Supports team and contributes to team objectives for all fundamental content activities
Requirements
- Should have a Bachelors or Master's Degree (Except Pharmacy, Ph.D., MCA, M.Tech)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Can be a fresher or a talent with 6 months - 1 year experience in content ingestion/customer focused role
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, cXML is preferred
- Experience or ability to troubleshoot issues and interest to learn on technical aspects of the ingestion process
- Previous experience on handling Intellectual property information around Patents or Trademarks is great if you have
- Knowledge on building dashboard and analysis using Power BI would also be preferred
