Troubleshooting and resolving complex 2nd and 3rd-level support issues, primarily within the data center and remote office networking space
Owning and executing project-based work such as infrastructure upgrades, hardware deployments, and F5 migrations
Acting as a key escalation point for incident tickets related to networking, load balancing, and firewall issues
Supporting and maintaining core data center infrastructure including LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and internal core routing
Integrate new standards, specifications, and technologies into existing processes and methodologies.
Support technology and software development teams and end users with server related questions and issues.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure and network environments
Minimum 7 years of experience with F5 and A10 load balancers and Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
Minimum 7 years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls
Minimum 7 years of experience with Cisco routing and switching, including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience supporting on-prem data centers
Experience with F5 migration projects
A relevant certification (e.g., CCNA, F5-CTS, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE)
