About the role

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from initial sourcing through to offer negotiation and close
  • Partner closely with engineering and recruiting leadership to align on hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture
  • Proactively identify and engage high-caliber engineering talent using advanced and creative sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical areas
  • Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, including outreach, screening, and guiding candidates through interviews
  • Represent the company’s technical brand and value proposition effectively to both active and passive candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS while leveraging metrics to track and improve recruiting performance
  • Continuously refine recruiting processes, tools, and strategies based on data insights and team feedback
  • Support and participate in recruiting events, meetups, career fairs, and campus initiatives
  • Contribute to broader recruiting projects and ad hoc initiatives as the team scales

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on technical roles
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally within a tech startup
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, with experience engaging candidates through creative and strategic outreach approaches
  • Adaptable and responsive, with the ability to continuously refine outreach and targeting strategies based on market insights and hiring feedback
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of drive and persistence in identifying and connecting with top talent
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing diverse candidate pipelines
