About the role
- Lead the development and evolution of our BNPL and IL pricing models
- Develop pricing segments at merchant level
- Build and enforce pricing methodologies that ensure complete clarity and simplicity in all customer disclosures
- Leverage deep data analysis to set offer parameters and A/B test pricing variations
- Serve as the primary pricing stakeholder for new product launches
- Continuously monitor KPIs and optimize offerings across merchants after launch
- Ensure pricing frameworks adhere to federal and state lending regulations
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in pricing, financial modeling, or risk management within consumer finance (FinTech, BNPL, Credit Cards, or Installment Lending)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, or a highly quantitative field
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts and risk profiles into simple, competitive, and transparent product offers
- Direct experience developing and implementing underwriting philosophies and scorecards
- High proficiency in statistical analysis and advanced financial modeling tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
