About the role

  • Define and document functional requirements based on customer discussions.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of SAP CPQ solutions, including configuration, pricing, and quoting logic.
  • Create and maintain test cases, perform functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Present implementation results and gather feedback from the customer.
  • Train end users and support change management activities.
  • Lead and mentor junior functional consultants and business analysts.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration into the customer's system landscape.
  • Contribute to defining best practices, processes, and methodologies for CPQ projects.
  • Responsible for meeting project schedules, milestones, and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
  • Continuously update knowledge of new methods, tools, and trends in the SAP CPQ domain.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an SAP CPQ Functional Consultant or in a comparable role.
  • Deep knowledge of business processes within the quote-to-cash cycle.
  • Solid experience analyzing customer requirements and deriving functional specifications.
  • Experience implementing SAP CPQ solutions and customizing configuration, pricing, and quoting logic.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to convey results clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.
  • Ability to plan projects independently, prioritize requirements, and oversee implementation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Visio, Miro, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive work style.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (business level).
  • ISTQB or SAP certification in the CPQ area is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, CRM, and other business management systems is desirable.
