About the role
- Independently manage and grow a defined sales territory by developing account strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Build a qualified pipeline through proactive customer outreach, joint SAP campaigns, and activities with partners and alliances.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, communicating business value and ROI through compelling, insight-driven storytelling.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to identify strategic priorities and translate them into actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from opportunity identification through negotiations to closing — coordinating with CLARITY’s technical, presales, and delivery teams.
- Actively collaborate with SAP and partner networks to accelerate deal velocity and position CLARITY as the preferred implementation partner.
- Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to continuously optimize positioning and go-to-market sales strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the SAP cloud portfolio, particularly SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of SaaS and PaaS business models and customer adoption journeys in the cloud environment.
- Ability to connect Cloud ERP use cases to measurable business value.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at management and C-level.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
