About the role

  • Provide therapy via telehealth focusing on Workers Comp patients, veterans, surgical patients, seniors and others.
  • Engage with clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, primarily CBT.
  • Help individuals navigate mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, PTSD, grief, and loneliness.
  • Initial expectations are for 20 sessions per week, with potential for rapid growth.
  • Opportunity to go full time over time.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid California LPCC, LMFT or LCSW license.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and confidence in providing virtual therapy.
  • Strong understanding of CBT and other therapeutic modalities
  • Comfortable navigating electronic health records (EHR), specifically AthenaOne; training provided.
  • Ability to create a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients
  • Languages: Ability to provide therapy in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
