About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow the business by prospecting new clients and logos for Claritas
  • Lead execution of consultative sales activities from prospecting, presentation development and delivery, proposal development, and contracting
  • Quickly become a trusted advisor on clients’ business issues and advertising/marketing strategies and needs
  • Develop business plan to address client needs and achieve revenue target through the sales of integrated solutions and individual products
  • Protect the base business and upsell clients with new solutions to grow revenue
  • Maintain active involvement with Ams, SMEs, and Product Teams to ensure internal alignments and client satisfaction
  • Actively manage and grow client relationships both at tactical buyer/user level and senior levels
  • Provide accurate and timely pipeline/forecast updates to management, review weekly with manager; ensure Salesforce is updated with client information
  • Identify and grow contacts within existing client organization
  • Work closely with product and support specialist and delivery teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly connected and respected in the industry
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think critically about client needs and develop internal solutions
  • Thrives as an independent contributor, comfortable making high-level decisions, and a strong team player
  • Strong sales experience, proven record of quota attainment, and strong command of sales processes
  • Understand Digital Marketing concepts and firm understanding of digital ecosystem
