Design and build APIs and services in our NestJS/TypeScript backend
Build and iterate on user-facing features in our React/TypeScript frontend
Own features end-to-end from understanding the problem to production observability
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software by implementing comprehensive automated testing
Work within our AWS infrastructure and make informed decisions about service boundaries
Proactively identify and resolve production issues
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and architectural guidance

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, building web based, multi-tenant, commercial applications
Strong engineering skills across the full stack in TypeScript
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), including schema design, query optimization, and migrations
Proven ability to build effective UI in a modern React/TypeScript codebase
AWS experience building and deploying cloud-native applications
Ability to navigate and debug across multiple layers of the stack
Strong written and verbal communication skills
