About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads execution of complex customer and product changes
Serves as a subject-matter expert for Customer Change Management (CCM), master data, labeling, and visual decoration
Owns end-to-end execution of complex or high-risk CCM changes
Proactively identifies and mitigates execution risks related to timing, data accuracy, and plant readiness
Leads creation, validation, and correction of complex BOM structures
Acts as escalation point for master data, labeling, and execution defects
Owns accuracy and completeness of Visual Decoration Slides (VDS) for assigned portfolios
Partners with Graphic Arts and plants on complex labeling and decoration changes
Participates in cross-functional discussions to align feasibility and execution constraints
Mentors Product Support Specialists and shares best practices
Identifies and supports continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
5–7 years of experience in product support, operations, or manufacturing
Strong understanding of CCM execution, master data, BOMs, labeling, and VDS
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and influence without formal authority
Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
