About the role

  • Reporting to the Director, Global Commercial Excellence, support the development of a robust Customer Experience and Intelligence strategy for Clarios.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI) to create insightful reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key business metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation to gain actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations to key decision makers.
  • Support CX survey projects throughout their lifecycle with heavy focus on execution, supporting the Global Commercial Operations & Systems Manager.
  • Work closely with Power BI stakeholders to understand and document business needs and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, CX or similar field.
  • 2 years of progressive and rich experience in CX, data or intelligence teams desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to effectively coordinate with a wide variety of professionals at all levels and departments within and outside of the organization.
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations, make recommendations and manage projects and processes through completion.
  • Dependability/Perseverance: always willing to go the extra mile to complete projects on schedule.
