About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Clarion Housing residents as they navigate their tenancies
- Reduce arrears and maximise income collection
- Undertake tenant home visits to engage with customers, review individual circumstances, and provide advice and support
- Own the entire income and arrears process
- Use Microsoft Dynamics to create a seamless, customer-focused experience
- Guide customers through queries with clarity and understanding
- Prepare court documentation when needed
- Negotiate positive outcomes under pressure
- Attend Court proceedings where required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer account management, ideally within social housing
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Familiarity with CRM and housing management systems
- Ability to prepare court documentation when needed
- Ability to negotiate positive outcomes under pressure
- Compassionate communication and empathy when supporting customers
- Ability to travel across the region to remote locations where public transport may not be available
- Ability to attend Court proceedings where required
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
- Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
- Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
