About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide a focused management service to residents living in Over 55’s Housing schemes
Manage building access for residents, contractors and visitors
Act as key-holder for the building
Ensure the security of communal areas and facilities
Serve as the first point of contact for residents
Work with internal teams to deliver services to residents
Organise and prioritise own workload while delivering customer services
Respond to emergencies and deal with situations calmly
Travel across the region and cover other schemes as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to deal with emergencies

Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Previous Facilities Management experience preferred
Working knowledge and understanding of the housing/building management sector preferred

Ability to travel across the region as required
Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
