About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide a focused management service to residents living in Over 55’s Housing schemes
  • Manage building access for residents, contractors and visitors
  • Act as key-holder for the building
  • Ensure security of communal areas and facilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents
  • Work with internal teams to deliver resident services
  • Organise and prioritise own workload while delivering excellent customer service
  • Travel across the region and cover other schemes as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Previous Facilities Management experience preferred

  • Ability to travel across the region as required
  • Must pass Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
