About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish strategic leadership for Clarion’s Dynamics 365 function
Set a single direction across the Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, and Field Service Dynamics estate
Own the strategy for the Dynamics estate and take a portfolio view of investment priorities
Decide how the Dynamics platform is governed and run
Coach three team leaders and develop high-performing teams
Set standards for performance and establish aligned ways of working
Hold senior commercial relationships with Microsoft and delivery partners
Serve as the senior point of accountability for the function’s performance
Report to the Director of Technology Solutions and Experience
Travel to other Clarion offices, including London and Norwich, as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading a sizeable function at Head of Service level or above
Accountability for performance, delivery, and people across multiple teams
Proven record developing senior managers and building high-performing teams
Experience designing and embedding an operating model and governance for a multi-team function
Judgement to manage a complex estate from a portfolio perspective and direct investment effectively
Ability to hold specialist leaders accountable for their decisions
Strong commercial judgement
Significant software licensing experience
Experience managing systems integrators or managed service partners
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
Availability to work 36 hours per week
