About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs
Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders
Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards
Undertaking building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks
Carrying out major void inspections and ensuring that work is completed in line with KPIs and making recommendations based on survey findings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3
Membership of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB
Ability to travel across the region as required
Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
