About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for carrying out various tasks in our residents homes
Including lock changes, replacing strip lights, installing window locks, fitting smoke alarms, painting and decorating and gardening tasks such as hedge cutting, grass cutting and weeding
Undertake other duties broadly consistent with the level of the post as required
Representing Clarion Housing and dealing with members of the public daily

Applicants must be able to travel regularly across the region and cover all sites in Hertfordshire and Essex
