About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery of Clarion’s Planned Asset Investment Programme.
- Develop, validate, and deliver the planned programme within a defined area.
- Work closely with internal teams and residents, providing updates on plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Undertake stock condition surveys to inform programme scope.
- Carry out site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and commercial control.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering planned investment programmes.
- Strong contract management skills.
- Solid understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Strong commercial experience including budget control, forecasting, and risk management.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
