About the role

  • Lead delivery of Clarion’s Planned Asset Investment Programme.
  • Develop, validate, and deliver the planned programme within a defined area.
  • Work closely with internal teams and residents, providing updates on plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Undertake stock condition surveys to inform programme scope.
  • Carry out site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and commercial control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering planned investment programmes.
  • Strong contract management skills.
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong commercial experience including budget control, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
