About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and scalable automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality validation
  • Execute automated, exploratory, and regression testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
  • Contribute to improving test coverage, execution speed, and automation efficiency
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives
  • Support regulatory and compliance standards where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in software quality engineering or test automation
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
  • Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow preferred
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, medical imaging, or other regulated environments preferred
