About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end software development efforts from design through deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Design, implement, and unit‑test software applications with a strong focus on Angular‑based frontend development, aligned with functional and product requirements.
  • Build and maintain complex, scalable, and maintainable applications, applying modern frontend architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑centric solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical design documentation aligned to SDLC standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering best practices, with a strong emphasis on frontend quality and consistency.
  • Mentor junior developers on Angular, frontend engineering methods, coding standards, and overall full‑stack best practices.
  • Partner with QA, Operations, and Product Development to coordinate release activities and ensure delivery of compliant, high‑quality software.
  • Willingness and ability to work in an EU shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience developing Angular and applications.
  • Experience in backend C# (preferred).
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong familiarity with SDLC.
  • Proven expertise in object‑oriented and service‑oriented software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regulated or pharmaceutical industry environments (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, set priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
