Perform all Personnel Department routines
Calculate payroll, vacations, termination payments and labor-related charges
Record salary adjustments, promotions and changes in the payroll
Send spreadsheet with vacation due dates
Process vacation calculations
Execute, calculate and analyze terminations
Calculate 13th salary (13th-month pay)
Analyze collective agreements and collective bargaining conventions
Update systems via e-Social
Prepare monthly and annual routines
Maintain the quotas for minor apprentices and people with disabilities (PWDs)
Analyze provisions for vacation pay and 13th salary (13th-month pay)
Send the payroll-deduction loan margin to banks
Register and process payments for RPA (payments to self-employed/independent contractors)
Resolve non-conformities in FOPAG payroll calculations
Update Personnel Department indicators spreadsheets
