Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support for issues related to cloud environments, ensuring interruptions are minimized and resolved quickly.
Monitor cloud service performance in real time, identifying and resolving availability and performance issues.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement improvements to cloud services.
Participate in defining and implementing support policies and procedures for cloud environments, ensuring alignment with best practices and applicable regulations.
Provide guidance and technical support to internal teams on the effective use of cloud services.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to cloud environments, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
Perform performance and security tests to assess the resilience of cloud services.
Stay up to date with the latest cloud trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve Claranet’s operations.
Participate in incident response for cloud services, collaborating with security and IT teams to mitigate impacts and restore normal operations.
Ensure that all cloud support activities comply with Claranet’s internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: Not required but desirable; certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are a plus.
Training/Courses: Experience with courses in cloud technical support, cloud infrastructure, and networking.
Language level: Basic English.
Specific skills: Technical support for cloud environments, troubleshooting, technical documentation.
