About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support for issues related to cloud environments, ensuring interruptions are minimized and resolved quickly.
  • Monitor cloud service performance in real time, identifying and resolving availability and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement improvements to cloud services.
  • Participate in defining and implementing support policies and procedures for cloud environments, ensuring alignment with best practices and applicable regulations.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to internal teams on the effective use of cloud services.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to cloud environments, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
  • Perform performance and security tests to assess the resilience of cloud services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cloud trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve Claranet’s operations.
  • Participate in incident response for cloud services, collaborating with security and IT teams to mitigate impacts and restore normal operations.
  • Ensure that all cloud support activities comply with Claranet’s internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Not required but desirable; certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are a plus.
  • Training/Courses: Experience with courses in cloud technical support, cloud infrastructure, and networking.
  • Language level: Basic English.
  • Specific skills: Technical support for cloud environments, troubleshooting, technical documentation.
