About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop customized technical solutions for clients, aligned with Claranet's capabilities and offerings.

  • Ensure that proposed solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of proposed solutions, ensuring projects are executed according to technical specifications and within established deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and market trends, applying this knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, assisting with contract negotiations and clarifying technical questions.
  • Report to senior management on project progress and opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education level: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Certifications: Not mandatory, but desirable in Public Cloud.
  • Courses: Experience with courses in systems architecture, technology integration, software development, public cloud, or private cloud.
  • Language level: Basic English.
  • Specific skills: Systems architecture, technology integration, technical pre-sales support, requirements gathering.
