About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop customized technical solutions for clients, aligned with Claranet's capabilities and offerings.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify client needs and develop technical proposals that meet those needs.
Design system architectures that integrate different technologies and solutions, ensuring the technical feasibility of projects.
Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
Ensure that proposed solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of proposed solutions, ensuring projects are executed according to technical specifications and within established deadlines.
Stay up to date with new technologies and market trends, applying this knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
Provide technical support during the sales process, assisting with contract negotiations and clarifying technical questions.
Report to senior management on project progress and opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education level: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Certifications: Not mandatory, but desirable in Public Cloud.
Courses: Experience with courses in systems architecture, technology integration, software development, public cloud, or private cloud.
Language level: Basic English.
Specific skills: Systems architecture, technology integration, technical pre-sales support, requirements gathering.
