About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
Produce functional documentation (business rules, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria), ensuring traceability and clarity.
Serve as a liaison between business areas and technical teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding of requirements.
Support backlog management and prioritization, collaborating in the organization and planning of deliveries.
Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, planning), contributing to the continuous improvement of deliverables.
Define and validate acceptance criteria, supporting testing and user acceptance activities.
Identify process improvements and support the ongoing evolution of solutions.
Support users and stakeholders in understanding implemented features and changes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in eliciting and analyzing functional requirements.
Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure (or similar).
Ability to produce clear, structured documentation of processes and business rules.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business areas.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields (preferred).
