About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop customized technical solutions for clients, aligned with Claranet's capabilities and offerings;
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify client needs and develop technical proposals that meet those needs;
Design system architectures that integrate different technologies and solutions, ensuring the technical feasibility of projects;
Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions;
Prepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, timelines and technical specifications;
Ensure that proposed solutions follow best practices for security, performance and scalability;
Stay up to date with new technologies and market trends, applying this knowledge to develop innovative solutions;
Provide technical support during the sales process, assisting with contract negotiations and clarifying technical questions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Solutions Architecture, IT Infrastructure, Information Security or Technology Management.
Cloud Computing: Proficiency in architectures on Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
Virtualization and Containers: Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes;
Network Infrastructure: Knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN, load balancers;
Operating Systems: Advanced administration of Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid environments;
Monitoring and Management: Tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds;
Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash;
Information Security: Knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM, SIEM, NAC, Backup & Recovery;
Desired certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE or VMware VCP.
