About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research companies, contacts, business triggers, technologies in use, market events and intent signals using commercial intelligence tools.
  • Execute multichannel cadences via email, phone, LinkedIn, corporate WhatsApp, events and campaigns, in accordance with the approved playbook.
  • Qualify leads and accounts based on ICP, pain points, potential, timing, stakeholders, fit with the offering and a defined next step.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Hunters, with minimum context recorded in Salesforce.
  • Conduct structured follow-ups and nurture opportunities in maturation.
  • Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaigns, lists, events and lead quality.
  • Support the evolution of playbooks, scripts, vertical-specific messaging and prospecting cadences.
  • Measure and report conversions by source, channel, message, vertical and responsible executive.
  • Ensure that handed-off opportunities have fit, an identified pain point and a defined next step, according to acceptance criteria agreed with the Hunters.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, with disciplined activity, opportunity, contact and cadence logging.
  • Advanced use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research, segmentation, stakeholder mapping and social selling.
  • Use of Microsoft Copilot for message personalization, summarization, preparation of outreach and productivity in execution.
  • Understanding of ICP, segmentation, ABM, sales cadences, qualification and consultative outreach techniques.
  • Ability to research the market, companies, decision-makers, news, technologies and intent signals.
  • Strong commercial writing, message personalization and data organization skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the technology portfolio, with the ability to identify initial fit.
  • Energy, curiosity, resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Clear, concise and professional communication.
  • Operational discipline, organization and consistency in execution.
  • Active listening, empathy and the ability to ask structured questions.
  • Openness to feedback, fast learning and collaboration with Hunters and Marketing.
  • Analytical mindset and a focus on continuous improvement according to seniority.
