About the role

  • Management of data, voice and video networks
  • Handling proactive and reactive support tickets
  • Investigation and analysis of alerts and incidents
  • Vulnerability and obsolescence analysis and identification of improvements
  • Management of network-related projects, architecture and support
  • Experience administering Fortinet and Cisco switches and routers
  • Routing troubleshooting skills and fault investigation
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Fortinet Firewalls, VPNs and firewall rules
  • Knowledge of Fortinet solutions as a whole
  • Management of LAN/WLAN/WAN networks
  • Monitoring of DHCP/TFTP/SNMP
  • Monitoring using Zabbix and SolarWinds

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or a related field
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and commonly used daily tools
  • Knowledge of Fortinet solutions, FCF, FCA and NSE4 (desirable)
  • Opening tickets with last-mile carriers/operators
  • Experience with ITSM tools
