About the role
- The Network Analyst will be responsible for supporting, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Claranet's network infrastructure for clients.
- This professional will manage complex network environments, ensuring platforms are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or related fields;
- Familiarity with Office 365 and daily-use productivity tools;
- Knowledge of Fortinet solutions, FCF, FCA and NSE4 or equivalent;
- Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCNA, etc.);
- Experience opening TAC and RMA cases with manufacturers such as Fortinet, Cisco, or other vendors;
- Experience with ITSM tools.
