About the role
- Design and implement Zero Trust security architectures in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS), including Kubernetes
- Define and align security strategies with business and technology objectives
- Architect and implement cloud security controls covering identity, network, workloads, and data protection
- Identify, assess, and communicate security risks and emerging threats
- Lead security architecture for IT and cloud projects, balancing business needs, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to incorporate security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments
- Oversee vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and security reviews
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Security Architect or Cloud Security Engineer
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Hands-on experience securing cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Experience with IAM, networking, endpoint security, application security, and containers
- Familiarity with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, and NIS 2
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
