About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or similar;
  • 1–2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in IT roles (in-house or consultancy).
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying profiles to negotiating offers.
  • Experience in active sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.).
  • Ability to understand technical profiles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, SysAdmins, Data, etc.).
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
  • Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication, interpersonal relationship and negotiation skills.
