About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch, monitor and quality assurance of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Set up tracking and attribution according to internal guidelines — including AI-assisted tagging validation and anomaly detection.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate campaign work: generating ad copy variants, summarizing performance data, building audience hypotheses, and drafting creative briefs.
- Conduct keyword and audience research using both native platform tools and AI-powered research assistants (e.g. Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, custom GPTs).
- Support in A/B tests and make regular optimizations — using AI to generate hypotheses, interpret results, and suggest next steps.
- Build and maintain recurring performance reports, leveraging AI to surface insights and write narrative summaries.
- Use automation tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier) to reduce repetitive manual work and create scalable workflows around campaign management.
- Work closely with the Growth Team and support teams — using AI to speed up collaboration, from briefing creative to aligning on copy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ year of experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads (other platforms are a plus, but not required)
- Knows how to navigate ad platforms, create audiences, choose formats, and optimize campaigns
- Confident working with data and tracking the main Paid Media KPIs (spreadsheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, platform native reporting tools or similar)
- Active, daily user of AI tools — you use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or similar tools as part of your real workflow, not just occasionally
- Can write effective prompts: you know how to give AI models context, constraints and examples to get useful outputs on the first or second try
- Has experience using AI to produce or improve ad copy, creative briefs, keyword lists, or performance summaries
- Organized, precise and able to handle multiple campaigns in parallel
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical teams
- Genuinely interested in Paid Media and willing to go deep.
- Nice to haves:
- Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make or Zapier to build workflows around paid media tasks.
- Experience building custom GPTs, AI agents, or AI-assisted reporting pipelines.
- Experience with less common platforms (Spotify Ads, programmatic, Uber Ads etc.).
- Interest or experience in AI workflows, internal tooling, or prompt engineering.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams — including using AI to brief or iterate on creative assets.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Experience with MMMs and/or advanced attribution models.
- Basic understanding of landing page CRO, Google Analytics, or CRM tools like HubSpot.
