About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Qualify, negotiate, and close inbound opportunities originating from digital marketing campaigns and direct inquiries.
  • Prioritize and manage a massive portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, focusing relentlessly on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Execute high-volume outbound sequences utilizing Hubspot, Amplemarket, WhatsApp, and cold calling to activate new prospects and re-engage dormant leads.
  • Articulate Clara’s value proposition with clarity and empathy, guiding prospects seamlessly from initial interest to deal closure.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene for effective lead management, utilizing reports, sequences, and templates to optimize outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine targeting and ensure a frictionless customer journey.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Sales Associate handling high-volume pipelines, ideally within the fintech industry.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms, specifically Hubspot, for lead management, sequencing, and campaign automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with absolute confidence in multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, email, WhatsApp).
  • Proven role-specific execution in structuring, managing, and prioritizing a large pipeline of accounts.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing environments and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python to evaluate conversion metrics and sales performance. (nice to have)
  • Interest in sales enablement or reporting. (nice to have)
  • A good sense of humor. (nice to have)
