About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the founding team to build and scale the people function.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare and refine job descriptions with hiring managers.
- Process payroll accurately while coordinating with finance.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Design and improve employee onboarding programs.
- Maintain HR documentation and trackers.
- Support performance reviews, feedback cycles, and goal tracking.
- Resolve employee queries and foster a positive work culture.
- Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communication.
- Support additional HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
- Experience managing end-to-end HR operations.
- Strong hiring and talent acquisition experience.
- Hands-on experience with payroll management and statutory compliance.
- Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Experience managing attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience driving performance management processes.
- High level of confidentiality, ownership, and integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
