QA features from a customer perspective before release
Stay close to customers via calls, tickets, and session recordings
Track bugs, feature requests, and sprint progress
Communicate status proactively with internal teams
Own product details that impact user experience and product quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years experience as a Product Manager
Must have experience with B2B SaaS products
Strong attention to detail across UX, edge cases, and copy
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Customer-first mindset with ability to derive insights from calls, tickets, and research
Ability to write detailed product specs independently
Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, system design)
Strong organizational skills for tracking bugs, features, and sprints
