About the role
- Own and ship impactful UI features in a remote-first, product-led startup
- Build and maintain UI components and features using ReactJS
- Translate product requirements and designs into functional, high-quality interfaces
- Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and performance of frontend code
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to ship impactful features
- Conduct code reviews, write clean and maintainable code
- Contribute to improving the frontend architecture, tooling, and best practices
- Take ownership of the user experience and continuously improve usability based on feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of frontend development experience, currently in a product-based company
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices
- Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Experience building responsive and accessible UIs
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services
- Good debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills
- Clear communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite)
