About the role
- Overseeing regional activities to maximize sales, ensure delivery of a positive customer experience, and minimize costs
- Provide motivation, direction, and coaching to District Sales Managers
- Ensure consistent and world class Customer experiences through proper implementation of our GUEST program
- Teach Store Managers target Customer concepts, product flows and adjacencies
- Coach the District Sales Managers to enforce the execution of customer service programs
- Utilize and analyze all business reports to identify ways to maximize region’s performance
- Develop District Sales Managers to assume responsibility of day to day district operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-store management at a senior level, or equivalent experience
- Ability to lead/supervise and motivate associates at both store and district management levels
- Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal formats
- Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers
- Ability to operate POS system
