About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take inbound calls for IFF and route caller to correct team member

Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive phone skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Thorough and detail orientated
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Accurate data entry
- Excellence attendance
- Punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year + of insurance experience is preferred, but not mandatory
