About the role

  • Build and manage marketing journeys, emails, segments, forms, templates, and lead scoring models in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights-Journeys (CIJ).
  • Optimize automation workflows and personalization rules to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot CRM related failures, including segments, marketing lists, automations, and supporting plugins.
  • Support Sitecore Personalize rule creation, updates, and integrations across the digital ecosystem.
  • Build and update web components and pages within Sitecore CMS to support personalization, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain the connected content asset library, ensuring accuracy, organization, and ease of reuse.
  • Monitor content performance and trigger refresh cycles on a defined cadence to maintain relevance and quality.
  • Conduct keyword research and support content planning for campaigns and journey development.
  • Stay current on SEO/GEO and help team apply concepts across assets.
  • Identify assets that align with targeted audiences, personas, and journey stages.
  • Help team use AI effectively in relationship to asset creation.
  • Collaborate with external agency on paid content strategy alignment.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for content improvement and campaign optimization.
  • Help maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, inputting and validating proper tagging, metadata, and data integrity.
  • Monitor data integrity and alignment across MarTech systems.
  • Support data hygiene processes like duplicate identification, record validation, and audit checks.
  • Support the administration and accuracy of CIJ consent and compliance records, ensuring current and correct consent status.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience required
  • Experience in marketing operations, content strategy, or marketing technology preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (CIJ preferred), CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred), web CMS (Sitecore preferred), and DAM systems (binder preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
