About the role
- Review Analyst and Associate work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to ATS standards across monthly, quarterly, and annual engagements;
- Manage multiple client accounts, proactively monitoring deadlines, coordinating follow‑ups, identifying missing information, and resolving issues to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables;
- Mentor and develop team members, including Associates and new ATS hires, by providing training, shadowing opportunities, and ongoing feedback that supports skill growth and consistent work quality.
- Strengthen team processes and quality, partnering with ATS leadership to reinforce SOPs, workflows, and review‑readiness expectations.
- Drive process and systems improvements by identifying trends, root‑cause issues, and gaps, and by leveraging accounting systems and automation tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
