About the role
- Support the coordination of activity with fund companies, fund administrators and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the day-to-day operation of wealth advisory investments goes smoothly.
- Support the operating needs of licensed brokers and advisors.
- Provide quality services for prospective and existing clients.
- Perform regular data integrity checks within the portfolio accounting system.
- Production of Quarterly Investment Reports for clients.
- Assist in special brokerage, billing, and investment advisory projects as needed.
Requirements
- Related experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
