Business Analyst

• Serve as the primary IT liaison for HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and HR Operations.
• Provide responsive support to remote HR users through Teams, email, and ticketing systems.

Senior Systems Business Analyst

Analyst

• Accurately and efficiently manage assigned cash applications responsibilities using established procedures.
• Apply incoming payments from various sources (cash, wires, ACH, credit cards) to the correct customer accounts and outstanding invoices in the ERP system (will be working in multiple ERPs across business units).
• Electronic filing of correspondence, remittance information, and other payment related documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash exceptions, and unauthorized deductions by collaborating with internal teams and customers.
• Communicate with customers as needed to obtain remittance information or clarify payment details.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records by performing daily reconciliations and maintaining organized documentation.
• Manage non-standard transactions and account balances.
• Support the month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes by performing necessary entries and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the cash application process and other related financial operations.
• Maintain confidential records and adhere to audit and compliance standards.
• Demonstrate a positive working relationship within the Billing and Accounts Receivable team, as well as other departments, to accomplish the goals and objectives of the company.
• Provide excellent customer service regarding cash applications.
• Meet defined individual and department goals and key performance indicators.

Cash Application Analyst

• Review JEs for monthly accruals, reclass, prepaid JEs, ensure JEs are prepared properly and timely by team
• Analyze BS & PL GL activity and research variances.
• Prepare and Coordinate monthly balance sheet review

• Identify areas to streamline and standardize; efficiently use off-shore shared services model

• Maintain and expand the company's existing customer base across all product lines to achieve growth objectives.

• Manages activities of cost reduction projects including documentation to write AFE update reports
• Develops project objectives and plans by reviewing the overall scope with the management team.
• Monitors and improves machine processes & develops work instructions to train employees and participate in implementing safety improvements by working with internal and external resources
• Evaluates and improves manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; incorporating new methods and techniques; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, tooling and materials; soliciting observations from operators; studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment
• Assists in determining root cause and provide corrective action with customer product complaints and validate implemented manufacturing process improvements to ensure desired results
• Participates in projects that support in reducing downtime and scrap while organize, plan and commission new or modified production lines
• Develops appropriate manufacturing process documentation (work instructions, process setup instructions, and maintenance requirements) for integration into the company’s quality system
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by analyzing information and reviewing timelines and investigate operational problems affecting production in a systematic and methodical manner
• Ensures that all contractors and personnel working on projects comply with Federal, State and OSHA regulations. Obtaining necessary building permits if applicable.
