About the role
- Sales responsibilities: South America.
- Negotiations with direct accounts and distributors: pricing, volume, and sales agreements (payment terms, etc.).
- Support development of sales targets and marketing strategies by identifying market trends and evaluating customers, competitor behavior, mapping the market, and analyzing demand.
- Execution of the sales plan, budget planning and control, and negotiation of agreements.
- Management of sales KPIs, planning and managing investments and profitability, and development of new products/markets.
- Shared responsibilities for Accounts Receivable / Inventory with the Customer Service (CS) and Finance teams.
- Work together with SCM (Customer Service, Logistics).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, or related fields;
- Required: Advanced Excel;
- Required: Advanced Spanish and English;
- Proven experience in a similar role and a proactive attitude.
