About the role
- Manage international export operations by sea, air and road
- Coordinate loading schedules according to vessel deadlines, free time/detention and factory windows
- Monitor carrier/vessel deadlines and gate schedules
- Coordinate cargo transfers to export warehouses or carrier terminals until vessel gate opening
- Verify shipping documents
- Follow up on the entire export process until product delivery at destination
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, shipping lines and freight forwarders for follow-up and operational coordination
- Interface with internal departments: Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, Production, etc.
- Manage importation of finished goods
- Maintain shipment information in Excel
- Request issuance of International Sanitary Certificate (CSI)
- Issue insurance certificates
- Create billing
Requirements
- Advanced / fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations)
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in Foreign Trade / international trade operations
