About the role

  • Lead the CS Team managing solutions for Go Elect customers
  • Directly manage a team of Project & Success Managers, Customer Support Representatives, Business Analysts, and Trainers
  • Set quarterly MBOs for team members
  • Monitor and evaluate each project phase for quality standards
  • Identify process gaps to enhance operational efficiency
  • Drive account expansion through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Collaborate with Sales to maximize customer value from solutions
  • Lead and manage customer support representatives
  • Track performance metrics for customer support
  • Conduct periodic Customer Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team for business reviews

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within the software or technology industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Voter Registration
  • Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and project management processes
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with CRM, support tools, and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com, ServiceHub)
