About the role
- Handle corporate legal matters, including drafting/registering the decisions of the board/shareholders;
- Handle internal mergers & acquisitions within the Group and outside, including preparations of the agreements and coordination of the process;
- Provide legal advice to colleagues on a variety of matters – from daily operations to strategic business decisions;
- Draft, review, revise and negotiate legal documents – including contracts, internal regulations, claims and legal notices;
- Communicate with partners internationally – supporting effective collaboration and smooth contract implementation;
- Support Headquarters functions by optimising internal processes and ensuring seamless operations across HR, finance, administration and legal.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law;
- At least 4 years of experience working as a lawyer in a law firm or as in-house counsel within an international company;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
- A practical mindset;
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and openness to change;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and embrace new approaches;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- High attention to details and a strong sense of responsibility.
