💰 €2,000 - €2,600 per month
About the role
- Conduct desk research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and stakeholder interviews;
- Draft policy reports, briefs, and client presentations in Word and PowerPoint;
- Present work to peers, managers, and clients with increasing independence;
- Coordinate with other consultants to ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets;
- Collaborate with cross-functional Civitta teams across 20+ countries;
- Work in hybrid teams delivering tangible outcomes for public clients (ministries, municipalities, state-owned enterprises, donors);
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, economics, finance, social sciences); Master’s degree is a plus;
- At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role; experience in policy research and economic analysis is a plus;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team;
- Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1 level written and spoken);
- Solid command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and provide actionable recommendations;
- Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions;
- Prior experience in a consulting company is considered a plus.
