About the role

Conduct desk research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and stakeholder interviews;
Draft policy reports, briefs, and client presentations in Word and PowerPoint;
Present your work to peers, managers, and clients with increasing independence;
Coordinate with other consultants to ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets;
Collaborate with cross-functional Civitta teams across 20+ countries.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, finance, or social sciences (Master’s degree is a plus);
At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role. Experience in policy research and economic analysis is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team;
Strong, analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills;
Fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1 level written and spoken);
Solid command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
Demonstrated ability to analyse data and provide actionable recommendations;
Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions;
Prior experience in a consulting company is considered a plus.
