- Help implement applied research projects in both public and private sectors

Requirements
- Enjoy challenging, exciting, and socially significant projects
- Master's degree and at least 2 years of experience conducting analyses
- Experience as an analyst in the private or public sector
- Systematic, analytical, proactive, and solution oriented mindset
- Good command of MS Excel. Experience with data analysis softwares (SPSS, STATA, R) is an advantage
- Enthusiasm about details but also ability to see the big picture
- Excellence in written and verbal Estonian and English
- Free communication with both your team members and clients, being not afraid of public speaking, and ability to persuasively justify your choices
- Experience in project management and proficiency in qualitative methods is an advantage
