About the role

  • - Support innovation ecosystem players in their development through organising and managing ecosystem projects: accelerators, hackathons, etc.
  • - Help startups develop their ideas and solutions, attract funding and reach out to investors;
  • - Network and build relationships with various ecosystem players;
  • - Scout startups and individuals with innovative ideas to participate in different programs and events;
  • - Design agendas and programs for startup ecosystem projects;
  • - Build innovation ecosystems through consulting projects locally and globally;
  • - Implement international donor-funded projects related to building the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Ukraine as well as support grant-funding project implementation.

Requirements

  • - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • - At least 2 years of professional experience in innovation management, management consulting, accelerator programs, or hackathons is expected.
  • - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills have been developed and demonstrated.
  • - A dynamic team environment is seen as an exciting and motivating workspace.
  • - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for daily communication and collaboration.
  • - Fluency in Portuguese is required.
  • - A strong drive for excellence and a commitment to delivering results that add value to the business is essential.
